All pucks are inspected, cleaned and prepped prior to printing. We do our very best to make sure you are getting a quality printed puck that will be suitable for printing.
Although we do our very best on the print side, there are other factors that contribute to the longevity of a printed puck. Once your puck is used on the ice, we cannot guarantee that printing will last thru the game. Some pucks last thru many games and others may last only 5 minutes. It depends on how the puck is used and what it comes in contact with. Ice is abrasive and a puck hitting a stick, skate, boards with different impacts are all factors that contribute to print longevity. It is quite common for a club to use 20 plus pucks in a single game, depending on the level of play. In fact, an NHL puck may only be used a few minutes per game. They change the pucks very often to be sure that a frozen puck is used at all times.
